Vincent is the Managing Director of Vincent Amato & Co and has over 50 years of experience working with mid market clients and large complex private businesses and family groups. In this time, he has held roles as an employee or partner with leading Australian and International accounting firms.

In his early career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Vincent gained experience as a part of the audit team to a wide range of ASX listed companies, subsidiaries of large international companies, large private companies and superannuation funds. This was enhanced at MV Anderson, employed as a Director, where he was responsible for the provision of general accounting, audit and taxation services as well as specific advice in relation to structuring, taxation planning and purchase and sale of businesses.

Vincent takes a strategic approach to optimise tax structures and will focus on ensuring that any tax structure is as efficient and effective as possible and fully tax compliant.Vincent will maintain a close relationship and can assist with wealth creation objectives as he has direct relationships with various investment advisors, bankers.
